Speciaal hiervoor is het kenniscentrum Zandwallen opgericht. Deze samenwerking tussen de gemeente en natuurvereniging NLGO is uniek in Nederland. Afgelopen maandag gaven ze een mooie presentatie over deze samenwerking en toekomstige acties.<\/p>\n<p>Ruim veertig omwonenden kwamen naar de bijeenkomst om de nieuwe folder en video van het kenniscentrum te bekijken. \u201cHet zandwallenlandschap van Ouddorp is uniek in de wereld. Het beschermen van dit landschap is al meer dan veertig jaar een van de kerntaken van NLGO\u201d, benadrukt Gjalt Huppes van NLGO. \u201cInwoners realiseren zich niet altijd hoe bijzonder en uniek het zandwallengebied is. Daardoor wordt er niet altijd goed mee omgegaan en raken zandwallen beschadigd of verdwijnen zelfs\u201d, legt wethouder Daan Markwat uit. \u201cDat is jammer, want we willen juist dat ook de volgende generaties nog kunnen genieten van dit bijzondere landschap.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Een mooie bijeenkomst waar SRGO graag aan bijdraagt in service en dienstverlening.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ouddorp heeft een prachtig zandwallenlandschap.
